What can I expect on the first home healthcare visit?
The first visit usually lasts longer than future ones 60- 90 minutes

• Go over your medical history, allergies, and medications (prescription, over-the-counter, and supplements)
• Check your consent forms.
2. Health Assessment
• Ask about pain levels, mobility, diet, and daily activities
• Review your home environment to ensure safety (checking for fall risks, accessibility, etc.).

• Discuss your goals
• Create a personalized care plan with visit frequency

The frequency and type of home health visits are based on your personal plan of care. Your doctor may change your plan of care as necessary, increasing or decreasing the number of visits or services provided, in order to provide you with the best home health care for your needs.
What Tasks Are Off Limits for Home Health Aides?
Home health aides are not authorized to perform medical tasks that require specialized training and licensure.
What services does your home agency provide?
We offer a full range of services from personal care, assistance with daily tasks, companionship, medical reminders, Dressing/light housekeeping, Bathing, Meal preparation, feeding, walking/ambulation, transportation to very places such as doctor's appointment to grocery shopping.

What are your office hours?
Our office is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Appointments outside these hours can be scheduled upon request.
Can I choose my caregiver?
We always strive to match clients with caregivers who best fit their needs, personality, and preferences. If you ever wish to change caregivers, we’ll make adjustments promptly.
Are your caregivers available 24/7?
Yes. We offer flexible scheduling — from hourly visits to 24-hour, live-in care — depending on the client’s needs.
